Refund Policy
If you are completely unsatisfied with our product and intend to return and not get an alternate product we issue refund in 10-15 working days.
We do not offer refund for natural irregularities in your leather bag as this is a indicator of pure leather. We require images of your unboxing and product and if we are finding any other defects (which very rarely happens) we will replace you with another fresh unit and will ship it to you. (shipping cost to be bared by the customer when they send it to us and we will bare the shipping cost when we send the new unit ).
